GCRTA is requesting proposals from qualified and interested firms experienced in Architectural and Engineering Design Services for the full modernization of elevators. The two elevators to be modernized are within the GCRTA Main Office Building located at 1240 W 6th St, Cleveland, Ohio 44113. The successful firm will start with a conceptual design, then an interim design, and progress to a final design package for construction. The firm will also provide support during both bidding and construction phases and conclude with seeing the project through supplying as-built documentation.
